Proactiv Sports is a sports coaching company for children in Hong Kong and Singapore. We mainly work with School, sports clubs and residences to provide professional sports programs for children aged 4 - 16 years old. We believe that every child should have the opportunity to play sports!

We faced many challenges as a small business, but the main ones were tracking payments from our customers and handling way too much paper! 

The wish list and selection of software you considered and how important was the decision of opting a cloud-based solution.

Xero was selected because it is very user friendly and integrates with all of our other platforms to make sure we are as efficient as possible as a business. 

We have been working with Fresh accounting for over 5 years and we have a great working relationship. They set up everything in xero initially for both our Hong Kong and Singapore businesses and now we can track and manage our cash flow much easier. This is essential for us, especially over the last few years where planning and knowing our numbers was essential to our survival! The reports feature in Xero is excellent and makes quarterly and annual meetings much easier for all stakeholders!
